Saudi Arabia – On behalf of the Contractor, retained as Principal Contracts and Claims Manager $6.2 billion Telephone Expansion Program.
Dams
USA – On behalf of the US Government (Department of the Interior) in litigation against the Contractor, prepared expert claim for a dam project.
Flood Control Dams
USA – On behalf of the Contractor for seismic upgrading of an existing dam located in California in arbitration, prepared an independent schedule delay analysis and expert report.
Philippines – On behalf of the Contractor, prepared a schedule delay analysis and extension of time claim for works pertaining to an irrigation and flood control project.
Metro Rail Systems
Australia – Expansion Fenry Grove Station Carpark Upgrade – Queensland Rail in Brisbane, Queensland. Performed an analysis of the Contractor’s delay and disruption claim.
England – On behalf of a Government Agency in international arbitration, prepared an independent schedule delay analysis and review of the contractor’s schedule delay analysis and USD $1 billion claim for works pertaining to the engineering, procurement, and construction of a railroad signal control upgrade project.
Canada – On behalf of the Contractor for the Eglinton Line in Toronto, spearheaded a program-wide recovery effort to mitigate 17 months of delay including re-building of the contractor’s baseline schedule and leading workshops with the contractor’s construction teams to identify ways and means to resequence work to meet contractual milestones.
Canada – On behalf of the Board for the Contractor for the Confederate Line in Ottawa in arbitration, prepared a schedule delay and productivity loss analysis and expert report to determine contractor culpability for delay at the time of a tunnel collapse.
Canada – On behalf of the Signal Control System Contractor for the City of Edmonton North LRT Line Extension project in arbitration, prepared a schedule delay analysis and expert report covering 8 years of project history including 5 years of delay.
Singapore – On behalf of the Contractor for project section C701 of the Northeast Line, prepared a schedule delay analysis and extension of time claim for works pertaining to engineering and construction of a railroad depot.
Singapore – On behalf of the Contractor for project section C712 of the Northeast Line, reviewed a schedule delay analysis prepared by the Contractor for its claim pertaining to the engineering and construction of a subway station and associated tunnels.
Singapore – On behalf of the Contractor for project section C710 of the Northeast Line, prepared a schedule delay analysis and extension of time claim for works pertaining to the engineering, procurement, and construction of subway station and associated tunnels.
USA – On behalf of the Contractor for construction of the Grand Central Terminal station expansion project in New York City, prepared a schedule to assess the true delay to the project completion date, prepared a recovery schedule, and initiated discrete construction management efforts to mitigate delay.
USA – On behalf of the Contractor for the Phoenix, Arizona Valley Metro Rail Line Segment 2, retained to prepare a claim for a light rail project for presentation to the Disputes Review Board.
USA – On behalf of the Owner, the Florida Department of Transportation, prepared an analysis of the Contractor’s multiple claims for delay and damages on the Southern Florida, Tri-Rail Line Segment 5 project.
USA – On behalf of the Authority, the Denver Regional Transportation District, provided schedule analysis for the US$2.0 billion FasTracks Eagle P3 Project in Denver, Colorado.

Nigeria – On behalf of the Owner, Chevron Nigeria Limited, prepared a delay analysis of a Contractor’s claim for delay arising during the restoration of two oil production facilities.
Pipeline – Gas
India – Retained by the Government of India to prepare a defense against claims brought by the construction manager for failure to achieve performance requirements resulting in delay to the manufacture and delivery of gas compressor and power generation modules for the HBJ Pipeline project.

Canada – On behalf of the Contractor in international arbitration for a municipal water supply pipeline project, prepared a schedule delay analysis and expert report.
USA – On behalf of a subcontractor relocating a 36-inch water main for a marine tunnel project, prepared an analysis of progress to demonstrate subcontractor was entitled to incentive payments in lieu of liquidated damages.

Philippines – On behalf of the Contractor, prepared a schedule delay analysis and extension of time claim for works pertaining to engineering, procurement, and construction of a new pier at the Port of Manila.
USA – On behalf of the Contractor in litigation in US Federal Court against the United States, for the reconstruction of a US Navy munitions pier, prepared a schedule delay analysis and expert report.

USA – On behalf of the EPC Contractor for the largest suspension bridge in the Unites States of America at the time being the new build USD $1billion US181 Harbor Bridge Project in Texas, prepared a schedule delay analysis and claim submission to the Texas Department of Transportation.

USA – On behalf of the EPC Contractor for the largest bored tunnel in the world at the time, prepared an independent schedule delay analysis and expert report.
